It was so good to be able to find a market in the Seattle area to sell my hats. Given the time of year and my schedule, I was so happy that the Freemont Sunday Market was happening. The weather was gloriously sunny and relatively warm for this time of year. I had to get there super early to sign in to get a spot for the day. After a brief orientation, I set up my table with hats. Fortunately, Jennifer arrived with her scarves and she asked to share my booth with me. It worked out pretty good cause I only paid half for my booth. I did some terrific sales. I only wish I had taken more pics of my customers with my hats.
My home is filled with hats. All kinds of hats - beach summer hats, winter urban hats and groovy naturally dyed hats. I am in the process of getting my hat and bag website ready for my online store. With the aid of my trusty dogs that seemed to want to be part of this whole process, I've been taking pics for my online store. My friend Mindy Abad Santos Gana took the pictures of my Winter hat collection with her gorgeous daughter, Erika and sultry Emma Anzures. Thank you Mindy for your beautiful pictures. Thank you Erika and Emma for modeling. I could never have done it without all your help. I've been working on my naturally dyed crocheted hats. The edges are leather bound and I've included some carved heads on them. Still a work in progress. Here are some of the hats in my Winter Collection that will be on sale on my online store.
